High Blood Pressure?

Do you have high blood pressure?
Often times we go to the doctor for the usual yearly checkup. After all that is what we are trained to do. Right? I mean it makes sense and we do it with our cars.
But now that "big pharma" has become big business we have seen the advent of new terms being coined and new approaches to getting more and more individuals on pharmaceuticals.
You may have been recently told that you are borderline high blood pressure candidate, and that your doctor wants to get you started on a blood pressure "medication". I purposely put medication in quotations because I frankly don't beleive what is happening. More and more Americans and people around the world are being duped into taking a "medication" that gives you more side affects than the so-called "borderline" disease that we didn't know we were suffering from.
Why do you battle high blood pressure? Were you born this way?
How did you get there?
Would you join me on a little journey?
Sounds like Mr. Rogers from PBS, doesn't it?
So when we were young we didn't have HBP but we did things that we shouldn't.
Namely the ingestion of diuretics, be they pharmaceutical varieties like Lasix and others or the garden variety caffeine. With the popularity of Starbucks, Coke and Energy drinks we as a human race take in more caffeine than we replace minerals.
We have been taught to live on credit and never consider the cost in the end. And likened unto that we take in more caffeine or other stimulants that work as diuretics, but we never take our minerals.
Minerals are not the same as vitamins. In fact, we are not able to utilize the vitamins that we take unless we take the minerals needed.
High Blood Pressure is the result of the body's inability to cool down the cells on a metabolic level. So in return for the inability to cool down the cells the brain will elevate the circulation rate of the blood.
Also we have the added athero-sclerotic plaque build up which is a result of a megnesium deficiency. By introducing a regimen of ionic trace minerals into the body we can realize restoration of health and normal cardiovascular health.
Potassium and Chloride are beneficial to reducing the amount of water retained in the body's cells. balance is the key.
