Recently I have been doing a lot of studying regarding the current depletion of minerals in the human frame.
I have been motivated by the recent deaths of 7 high school athlete that apparently died from heart complications that were "congenital" or hereditary. Now I am not sure about you, but that just doesn't sit well with me.

Now let's look at the energy drinks that contain caffeine, Taurine, Guarana, MaoHuang, L-Carnitine, etc. These too act as a diuretic to the enth degree.
Then there is the health conscious who drink Green Tea.
Everyone of these mass produced beverages are made with what is essentially distilled water. That is to say that the water they are using has no, none, absolutely Zero minerals unless added to it.
